＜選考日程＞

■出願期間：　2022年 7 月 4 日（月）～7 月 11 日（月） 12 時　（申請フォーム入力期限）
　　　　　　　2022年 7 月 4 日（月）～7 月 11 日（月） 15 時　（小論文・写真提出期限）
■面接試験：　2022年 7 月 25 日（月）～8 月 5 日（金）のいずれか 1 日
■合格発表：　2022年 9 月 2 日（金）
■選考方法：　小論文（100点）ならびに面接（100点）の採点結果に基づき評価します。
採点はルーブリック評価表の項目内容に沿って、実施されます。

※1) 募集要項は、2023年度予算を前提としたものですが、事業予算については未定のため、支援内容には変更の可能性があります。変更がありましたら、本HP上でお知らせいたしますので、ご確認ください。

※2)　本事業に出願する場合には、大学フェローシップ創設事業に出願することはできません。万が一、両事業に出願していることが明らかになった場合には、審査前に、いずれか一方の出願を取り下げていただきます。
ただし、本事業に出願する場合には、大学フェローシップ事業の分野を第2希望・第3希望として申請フォームに記入することはできます。本事業に採択されなかった場合で、かつ第2希望として記入した分野に欠員がある場合のみ、第2希望の分野で選考の対象となります。第2希望の分野に採択されなかった場合、第3希望に欠員がある場合のみ、第3分野で選考の対象となります。
なお、第2希望と第3希望を同じとすることはできません。

[Selection Schedule]

■ Application period: July 4th (Monday) – July 11th (Monday), 2022 12:00 JST (Forms Application)
July 4th (Monday) – July 11th (Monday), 2022 15:00 JST (Essay and Photo submission)
■ Interview test: One day between July 25th  (Monday) and August 5th (Friday), 2022
■ Announcement of acceptance: Friday, September 2, 2022
■ Selection method: Evaluation will be based on the scoring results of the essay (100 points) and the interview (100 points). Scoring will be carried out according to the Rubric Evaluation Table.

*1) Contents assume that the budget for academic year 2023 will be met; however, since the budget for the project has not yet been determined, the contents related to support are subject to change. If there are any changes, they will be announced on this website. Please check.

*2) University Fellowship Founding Project for Innovation Creation in Science and Technology
Applicants applying for this program may not apply for the University Fellowship Founding Project for Innovation Creation in Science and Technology (Fellowship Program). If you apply for both programs, you must withdraw one of your applications prior to selection process.
However, when applying for this program, you may indicate on the application form your second or third choice of field for the Fellowship Program. Only if you are not selected for this project and there is a vacancy in the field you entered as your second choice, you will be considered for selection in the field of your second choice. If you are not selected in your second choice and there is a vacancy in your third choice field, you will only be considered for selection in your third choice field.
Please note that the second and third choices cannot be the same.
